The result is happiness and increased productivity among many other huge benefits.

Procrastination is a silent enemy that happens to sneak up when we least expect it (and usually sticks around for quite a while – well..at least for as long as it takes to watch 7 videos on YouTube, read 4 blog posts, and follow 20 new influencers on Instagram). The trio of meditation, visualization, and positive affirmations definitely help to combat this!

Some time ago I was into meditation, visualization and positive affirmation, although not simultaneously nor on a regular basis. It’s time to put the trio into action 🙂

I believe this can also be personified in the “Hustle and Grind” mindset of entrepreneurship, “action faking” and running yourself in circles or into the ground on these actions creates can come from a lack of something internally. Often times if we’re not looking at our own actions or blaming external experiences it can mean we’re lacking something internally. Knowing yourself truly will enable you to align what needs to be done and complete them with ease. Looking forward to part 2! Great Gifs aswell!
